This talk will delve into the signs, causes, and practical strategies to prevent and overcome burnout, offering valuable insights for navigating life’s challenges.

Cecilia is a well-rounded accountant having gained her experience and skills from working at different entities at various positions relating to Accounting, Finance, and Controllership.
